Was too dusty staff too load n rough at reception. Roof top kicthen unhigine,Staff out look appearance almost like daily workers attitude.As booked by booking .com refunds still holded back since 10th day.

Fair price increase at time of checkin

Everything Bedsheet was so dirty and burnt Pillow covers were dirty Pillows were so useless Bathroom was also not clean No Parking facilityEverything was pathetic. Never go to this place if you don't want to spoil your day

I have booked my room at price ₹1145, but during check in property handler said to pay 2200 something amount , and at the time of booking breakfast included but they denied for breakfast too. Very bad services provided by the property and I also disappointed about booking.com because I have to pay double amount and breakfast they were denied

Pathetic experience. 1. They don’t accept the online bookings from booking.com n OYO and ask for higher amount during checkin.2. After giving higher amount I checked in and during checkout I left my portable speaker inside room, immediately I called the reception to collect that but they denied to give my speaker to me and after 2,3 questions reception person started talking loudly like a gunda. A big no to this hotel??

Staff misbehaved

we have not stay there as call from hotel that our charges are not as per Booking .com.he is telling 14000/- per day.so we have not even think to go there.

They are cheater ......I hv booked hotel at 1056 once have reach they are telling you have to pay 1631 don't understand what they do once I hv share the confirmation number the amount has changed.Another shocking thing is this they asking to cancel our booking from booking.com then the room will be 1500 They are cheating with customer and as well as booking .com and another biggest scam is this they are denying to give invoice also while check out saying you will get from booking.com Full of harassment ........They are hiding information from booking.com ....once checked in it was not reflecting in booking.com and after checked out also same .After multiple follow up over the phone and raise complaint in booking.com then only they have given invoice in late evening Pls take strong action against them.

Quiet Room with Good Staff, Couple Also Allowed.

Nothing, except the size of the room.

Windows are not properly insulated, No chairs in the room, Breakfast was complimentary but no choice in it. Poor room service.Room/ bathroom not cleaned before giving. In other words, Overall this is not a hotel for family or decent business travellers.

Nothing, I have ever stayed worst hotel in India. The step was very bad. I have taken a picture how they have you spoken and the bed seat, humble and washroom too dirty.

I made my 1st booking from.Mmt I paid rs 1700 . When i went i was treated good. But in the room there was no wifi . They gave 2 tea bag pouches 1 rs 10 milk powder pouch n sugar in a bowl . When asked again in the evening m next morning they sqid its finished .I made a reservation on ur platform the hotel changed the price n made it higer rs900 more than what i booked on ur website .

The ladies sitting at the front desk have no sence to talk to customers . They said the hotel is closed for 2 days as the owner said. By change while checkin out we met the owner he was surprised that why is the hotel closed

Wierd and complicated team and hotel

I have booked this hotel for one of my friend who was traveling from a different state at a price of 784 + Taxes with the confirmation as well but at the time of check-in the rates were changed and it directly shot up to 1784 without taxes and the best part was that the receptionist was clueless and asked to show the proof .when given the proof he simply mentioned would you like to continue or cancel it .. The best part I am from the hospitality background that to be reception and did not expected to be dealt like this and if there is some changes it should be priorly informed rather then getting a surprise after arrival at the property. I would like to inform one more thing that booking.com never applies or increases the rate by itself it's the reservation team who feeds the price in the booking.com platform .

The property is very beautiful and the rooms are very much comfortable with a great staff and the location is also easy to reach.
